Help! I’m being inundated with one and two.night bookings which are impossible to honour, having just signed up.

I’ve just sign ped up with booking.com and thought they would contact me to help me set everything up, but I find it’s out of control. I’m being flooded with bookings, for one and two night, and I am  unable to specify only bookings of seven days during the summer, as  I am already successfully registered with Airbnb, and only take seven day bookings in the high season. I can’t see where to specific my daily or weekly rate and have had to pause it. How do I talk to someone about all this? Thanks Jane
