#Help I cannot register my property!

I’ve tried multiple times to register my property via link to my existing VRBO listing, but Booking.com keeps telling me “there’s something wrong with your photos, try again”.

The photos are fine on VRBO, and I even tried deleting them and starting all over again ??‍♀️

Apparently I can’t email Booking.com customer services or ask tech for help as I’m not a registered owner, so am stuck!

Any advice?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you but because of the photo problem I cannot register, and there is no Inbox displayed anywhere on the extranet page.

The extranet looks nothing like the page you screenshot.
The only thing offered is “continue your registration”.
