Help with listing a studio

Hey, I'm trying to add a studio to Booking.com. I've got as far as the Property Details page; the property does not have a separate bedroom so I removed that option and added a sofabed to the living room. However, the blue Continue button has now turned grey and I cannot go to the next stage. Please advise what I should do, thanks!
