I do not understand the easy way to see my booking 

The received my payment 

To received alert  from the booking

Hi Adela

 

  1. see my booking 
    1. Logon to Extranet , remember these 3 words as address admin dot booking dot com
    2. Extranet
    3. Then click on Reservations for full list , set date range etc.
    4. The Extranet Home page will show recent , upcoming

       
  2. receive my payment 
    1. By defualt if you do not setup anything related to Guest Payment they must pay you directly ,  usually on arrival.
    2. Consider signing up for Payments by Booking (preferred method)
    3. or another BdC method is Online Payments , but requires you to have the necessary 3rd party service in place 
       
  3. receive alert from BdC
    1.  All messages, from Guests, BdC Support, BdC System are on by default.
    2. On Extranet , top right, 1st circle menu is notification settings also.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
