Holiday home room occupancy won't update...

Hi all, I've recently set up a 9 ensuite bedroom listing for a holiday home.

Initially I set it so that it discounts the standard price for less guests (assuming that the guests correspond to the same lower numbers of rooms that we will then unlock)... but the website just allows customers to book for less guests but still have all the rooms!

I've therefore just gone back to one price for the whole place per night (min 2 nights) and no option for lower number of guests/rooms.

The settings are definitely correct on the Extranet, but the website hasn't updated (it's been several days)... so someone can still book at a discounted rate!

Help! How do I get it to update..? Thanks in advance...

Hi Jamie and welcome to the Partner Community.

Maybe it's better to contact your local BDC office and ask them to check your listing....

Wish you well.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Kind Regards,

Be Safe, Be Well

Reminder your profile here is missing your listing link, please add it.

Thanks for your help, I've already tried calling all UK phone options many times and they are invalid... I will try messaging them...

That sounds like the partner support number in the Extranet [ not the public list in contact us ] is extremely busy.

That invalid beeps and hang up you get is exactly what a busy IVR phone system does when its at capacity.
