Hotel Not Listed

Hello everyone, I have applied to list my hotel in booking.com engine but today i saw that someone used my pictures and listed my hotel already. Can anybody of you please tell me how to solve this issue. I sent emails to booking.com but I didnt get any reply from them. Their customer support is extremely bad.

Email is not the right method, pick up the phone and ring, see Contact Us in the page footer.
