House rules, payment, review, photos
Several issues. Firstly my neighbour has complained today saying that the guests that stayed last night were out partying till 4am. I have house rules: no partying. Who can i speak to about this?
Secondly, i have received feedback but it has not updated on booking.com
Thirdly i have not recieved any of my payments as of yet.
Fourth, the photos i have updated on pulse have not updated on booking.com. it is important for these photos to update as they are more relevant and latest updates.
It is very difficult for pulse members to actually contact and speak to someone regarding bookings/ their account etc
