House rules, payment, review, photos

Hi,

Several issues. Firstly my neighbour has complained today saying that the guests that stayed last night were out partying till 4am. I have house rules: no partying. Who can i speak to about this?

 

Secondly, i have received feedback but it has not updated on booking.com

 

Thirdly i have not recieved any of my payments as of yet.

 

Fourth, the photos i have updated on pulse have not updated on booking.com. it is important for these photos to update as they are more relevant and latest updates.

 

It is very difficult for pulse members to actually contact and speak to someone regarding bookings/ their account etc

No One, just block them from booking again. Noise Complaints are not considered urgent or major.

 

 

  • Issue with Guests , not really a thing for other partners, you should simply open the reservation, click Report and then tick the box to prevent future bookings and move on.

     
  • They way you worded it makes it unclear if they were making noise coming back from being out partying or were partying in the residence.

     
  • The neighbor should have, if it was really bad , simply used the local Civil Law procedure to report noise. i.e. which can be as simple as calling the police to report it.
     

 

2. I have received feedback but it has not updated on booking.com


 

This does not make sense, if a Guest leave Rating and Feedback comments, what would be UPDATING ? This sounds like misinformation /misunderstanding.


 


 

3. i have not recieved any of my payments as of yet.


Please elaborate alot more.


 

  • Review your Extranet > Finance Menu > Invoices, to see all reservations and pay out status.
  • Are you using Paymernts by Booking, or other?
  • If Other elaborate?

 


photos I have updated on pulse have not updated on booking.com.

 

It should only be a few minutes, assuming your phone is connected to internet and speed is not causing it to timeout.

 

If not visible with in 30 minutes, either retake , reupload from phone , or transfer to a computer and then upload.
