How can I refuse a booking

I just received a booking for July 2022, a periopd that I had no time to prepare in the calendar (I am new on Booking and it takes time to learn how it works). I cannot accept this guest. How can I refuse it (he still did not pay Booking)? Thank you.

Contact guest first, offer alternative dates, direct special offer, be creative,


Else contact Partner Support directly,  and possibly pay relocation costs

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
