How to clearly communicate that a dog lives at the property (which can not be avoided)
Hello Everyone. I'm new, I haven't hosted any guests yet, but I have a few reservations.
I'm worried about the description on the Booking and the fact that the guest sees (and reads) only what Booking com generates as a description (which I don't like in the least, but I understand that it has to be that way here).
Namely, we are renting out the entire upper floor of our private house, where a dog lives on the ground floor. Since the guests share the main entrance with us (then they go to their apartment), the dog cannot be bypassed on their way to the apt.
I described these details in the "additional description", but even when I look at my listing as a guest, it is simply not visible, I can not even find that added description.
How do I communicate this clearly? I do not want guests be surprised or scared... On Airbnb I have numerous opportunities that I have used to communicate this. and literally all the guests who came, knew in advance (read) that we have a dog, there were no surprises.
I have no impression that the guests are reading (seeing / getting) additional descriptions and I am interested in what you would do to somehow emphasize the presence of a dog on the property.
+ An additional beginner's question, not to open a new topic: if you have several units that you publish and that look different, how did you organize the main gallery, not to be confusing? I put photos from both apartments, but I have the impression that those photos are just confusing. do not help to create a clear picture of what the guest will eventually get.
Thank you very much in advance :)
