How do I speak to someone at Booking.com ?
Need a print out of cancelled bookings for 2020 - can get Jan, Feb, and March, but no other months.

Why do you need a print out of cancelled bookings? If they are cancelled, they are not bookings any more - it's as if they never existed in the first place.

I am in Australia trying to get in contact with booking.com but even going to the extra net there is no panel at the top for me to press inbox.
over time I have created two accounts with booking.com without realising and want to merge them so that our travel points can be combined. I have found no way to do this and wondering if anyone can help. Thanks
It's crazy, am having similar problems with no one to speak with, I've been trying to get in touch for several months now but nothing seems to work.

Alternatively, you can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
@Narelle - there is unfortunately no process to merge 2 listings. You'll need to close 1 and continue with the other (making sure that the remaining listing has all the information and details you want)
