how do I unbook my listing?

I cannot find this option anywhere. Also, it doesn't come up in the help section.

I'm assuming you actually mean, unblock as the listing may be showing zero availability for the dates you checked.

 

First open your  , View My Listing link in one browser tab or window. 

Now open the Extranet Dashboard in another.

 

Now open availability calendar, list view, tick restrictions.

 

Expand each rate plan by room type.

 

Check for the same dates

 

Typically the root cause is due to the restrictions you set.
