How do you contact support?

My property is offline, I don't know why, I can't find an answer in the help and I can't see any way to contact support. AM I missing something or is it really hard to get any help as a property manager?

I noticed that you work with the Channel Manager. Please kindly check with their support why the availability is not shown on our side.
