How does one contact via phone a Booking.com Partner to resolve issues ?

I'm having issues contacting Booking.com directly via phone to resolve issue ? Can someone provide me a number w/out having to go down a labyrinth of highly impersonal voicemail options ? Thanks !

What city, state and/or country are you in?

Booking,com has many partner support telephone numbers in the USA and other countries.
