How to get in touch

I need help and I've tried hard to find someone to chat with. I live in Portugal and don't want to make an expensive call abroad. I just added my home to available properties but I'm NOT ready to begin. My customer account shares the same email. I'm unable to change the address in the customer account to my present one and I can't change the language in the business account.
