How to handle guests having party w unknown extra people staying?
I have a 2 bedroom house that sleeps 6. I charge flat for 2 people, additional for each over 2. Children 10 and under are free. I just had my housekeeper check in with the guests of 5 booked adults (no children)and she found at least 7 adults and 4 children (possibly more she was unsure) all there having birthday party . I dont know if all are staying. How is the best way to ask? how do I handle this?
I would leave well enough alone ,and in future just sell it as one single unit and not by person, you are just making it more convoluted and complex than it needs to be.
and remember its just a birthday party, be nice about it. :)
Assuming you also have a deposit on it then you are covered .
