How improve family safety with Indirect bookings
Just joined Booking.com recently and for the second time, got a dodgy booking, on which someone is making a booking to a no identified person in the booking.
How can I stop this to happens or have a better way to cancel this kind of reservations, as this situations put my family in risk, as we live at this property (or if not, it is the security of my belonging inside the property at risk) because this "ghost" guest can do any harm without a possibility of traceble.f
After I contact the person named at the reservation, I found out that it is a reservation website, offering holidays to their guests.
If the name of the guest does not match the credit card details you are allowed to cancel the booking via the "invalid credit card" function.
