How long for admin to verify location by video upload?

I cannot verify location by mail after many times sending request but the mails were not delivered somehow. 
then the property is turned into non-bookable and I was requested to verify location by a different way, that is video uploaded. 
I have done this task 3 days ago and the property still not yet been re-opened. 
I would like to ask for the regular time need to wait.
