How to make changes to property name and location.

Hi! You need to reach out to booking.com customer support.

The help files says the following (quote):

If you need to change your property’s address, this can easily be done by sending us a message. Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to your extranet 'Inbox' tab and select ‘Booking.com messages’.
2. Click on ‘Compose new message’ and choose Property details’ as the topic.
3. Include your new address and the reason for the change*. Your request will be reviewed by our team and the change will be updated in the system.
4. We’ll contact you within 2-5 days to let you know the change has been completed.

jaybeegee is absolutely right but as for the name I called my local BDC office and support team fixed it on the spot.
