How to make my property online and bookable?

Hi Partner Community,

I would like to highlight an important topic for many partners who are trying to get their properties online/bookable as soon as possible. Here three easy steps to follow:

Step 1: Register your property. This how you can do it: how to receive and use your location verification code.

Step 2: After you have registered your property, check to make sure you didn’t miss any important information before you go live. Here is a handy checklist.

Step 3. Have you already checked everything? Looks good? Now let’s make your property live.

Hello, and wetting the Community Partner!

 

Check your restrictions…make sure your room status is not 0.

 

If you cannot fix it call your local BDC office to check your calendar.

Hello, 

I had registered my apartments couple of weeks ago. Still waiting for letter with location verification code. Is there any other way to confirm location? I'm afraid our local post service is not reliable...

Hello,

Please contact the Partner Services team directly if you want someone to help you with your specific listing. I would suggest calling as you said you have been waiting a while now. Verifications can differ depending on country. We are still doing postal verifications but I saw someone in this forum said they stopped doing mail in their country. Kindly call the phone number in your extranet so the team can advise on your specific country. 

You can give them a call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Message or Call.

Hello Peter, 

As I understood they don't send letters anymore. At least to my country. I got contact to them by phone and they checked/verified my property by WhatsApp video call. Next day it was online and bookable.

Sorry to hear you're still waiting for a call. If it's been too long, you can call them directly You can give partner services a call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Message or Call.

Good evening. Looks like I'm still missing ***. I added my appartmentdetails, address, pictures, rates, etc., but I still can't see the appartment on the Booking list. Anything additional that I should do maybe?

We don’t publish these phone numbers here because we only offer this service to current partners.

Hi Karina,

I hope you're well. We don't actually have access to seeing your property on this forum and you can't share your property ID on here either so I would suggest calling the partner services team and asking them to see if you're missing anything. Have you gone through all the settings like facilities and services and amenities? If you go to the HOME tab, is there a 'open my property' button? If not, best to call the partner services team. You can compose a message or give them a call via your extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. From here you will either see a ‘Contact Us’ button or ‘See Contact Options’  then under contact us select the relevant topic > Other > then click ‘See all contact Options > Message or Call.

Step 1 - this fails sometimes - people are unable to complete property registrations due to bugs in the Booking.com systems - we have started registering 6 properties but cannot complete the registrations due to the bugs in Booking.com .........

Can you please help i used to be with a big company but moved away from them as I had lots of issues they had my property with booking.com...I made my own account with them too and listed it with no problem, now the big company have taken down but its also taken my availability too I can still log in to everything but noone can book my property now,

I hope you can help me with this?

If your property is already registered and live online. Only 3 important things that needs to be done by you in order to make it available and bookable.

1. Set how many rooms your are offering

2. Set the base price.

3. Set the room to Open.

Set all your available amenities

Even if you done setting number 1 & 3 and you forgot number 2. It will appear in the website not bookable.

Hello there,

I'm have a guest Flatlette and recently added it to Booking.com.  however after a month of being open and receiving bookings.  My profile was closed/not bookable because of my location Verification code that I had not received.  I read it will be sent by post.  I live in Cape Town, South Africa and our postal service is unreliable or just not in use.  Is there another way for me to receive my location verification code please.

I am using Hostaway (this is my first property) and need a Legal Entity ID to proceed with exporting a listing, however I cannot find anywhere to apply for this. Any ideas? Thanks

In your Extranet you can find your BDC ID under the icon of your property…

Hi, I have a problem that I can't solve for a week. My property is registered and ready for booking with all details listed. I am connected to the extranet and it says that the rooms are ready for reservations - I have noted prices and availability - everything. When I enter Booking - it says that there is no availability for these dates. Please help because it's our booking season right now !
