How to show pets' rules and T&C's on your listing?

Hi im a newbie here, we allow dogs in our rooms. On our own website where guests can book we make it clear that dogs must be toilet trained and be sociable with other dogs and must not be left unattended but I cant see anywhere on our listing to show this.  We also don't allow cats and the listing is shown as "pet" friendly.  Is there a way to modify the information related to pets, thanks in advance.
