I am unable to register my properties and unable to find support
I get an error message each time I try to register my property. Once I hit the button “Complete your registration” it puts a red line box where my State of Hawaii Registration Identification Number should go. I have tried typing my registration in many different ways and it never works.
I am also stuck as to how to contact customer support to help figure this out. I log into the extranet, but do not see an “Inbox” tab. I downloaded Pulse, but it isn’t sending my phone the confirmation code or calling, I googled a number to call, but you need a guest reservation number, I contacted them via DM on IG, and messages on twitter. Now I’m trying here in the Partner hub.
You really do need to contact booking.com help team for this technical problem. Inbox table is between Opportunities and Guest reviews along the 2nd row from top.
Thanks for your comment. My view doesn't have any of those tabs. Maybe I need to have a property registered before they appear. I continue to have no way to contact a support person.
Exactly the same happenned to me. More than 2 months waiting and still cannot complete the registration. Booking is loosing so many owners by not solving this... No chat, no message assistance and when callling they just say they have a massive technical issue and they are working on it ( 2 months without solution...)
Thank you for your comment, I have seen and gone through the entire contact page before I posted the question. I had attempted every form of contact with no success so far.

I tried to "Send a note" but there is no Inbox tab showing in my view on the extranet.
I downloaded Pulse, but it is not sending codes or calling me to confirm the app.
Looked for a number by selecting Contact one of our main lines only to get this message: "You are not authorized to access this page."
It says I should have a dedicated phone number found in the extranet Inbox, but note above, I do not have an Inbox tab showing, so this is a dead end.
Any other ideas?
Stacey what part of the world are you in? There are different contact numbers depending on your location. I am in New Zealand so wouldn't be any point (and expense) of me giving you the phone number here if you are in UK.
I'm in the US. A contact number would be great or an e-mail.
I am also getting the "You are not authorized to access this page". spent some time trying different screens and just round in circles and haven't managed to find a phone number at all. sorry not to be able to help.
I would suggest putting up a new partner help request with title 'Does anyone have the booking.com contact phone number in US". That way it pops to the top of the Unanswered list and someone local should be able to help.
Great idea!!! I'm wondering when you call the host number if you need some sort of code or other to actually get a person on the phone.
Might ask you for Property ID, which should (hopefully!) be on the top line of the Extranet screen on the left. Also, the phones seem to be really busy with all the additional activity re cancellations and changes from covid-19.
Thanks for checking! I don't see any Property ID in the extranet. I assume you get an ID once the property is registered, which I am unable to do.

I don't know what else to do. Same situation...
