i cannot setup pricing

1. Partner Support - Dedicated Partner Contact Options - Visual Guide Reminder partner only community, has no link to BdC support, you must contact them directly.    
2. Setup Room Types, then Rate Plans, link them.

Managing Availability by BrookAve In general you should assuming its not one whole unit listing , define all room types , count, occupancy etc. Then create rate plans, and link to some or all rooms.
