I cant communicate with the guest

Dear team...

we have got a booking on jan 4th,(day after tomorrow)  may we know the confirmation/ arrival time. we already try to contact to the guest, but we didn't get any response from their side. kindly help us for the actual clarification, because we are already blocked our houseboat for them also avoided other bookings..

Hi! Contact and welcome to the forum.This is a space to chat and advise with other BDC partners. It sounds like your issue would be resolved from one of the BDC support teams. You can reach out to them via your Extranet inbox tab and send your request. Or maybe you can call your local BDC office and ask for their support.
