I can't find a contact phone number and my inbox doesn't have a new message option

I am just setting up a new property and I want to ask that VAT is included in price. This has to be through booking.com so contact is necessary. I am trying to find a contact number to call, nothing. I am seeing that supposedly there should be an option to send a message in the inbox category, but I only get 3 options : reservation messages, booking.com messages and questions for your property - none of which give me an option to write a new message. How am I supposed to contact you? My country is Greece, if this is helpful

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
