i forgot my property ID number

Hi

I received by mail from Booking.com my property ID number but now I cannot find it and I cannot find the number. Now the problem is I need to email Booking.com about important credit card information messages that they just emailed me but either by phone or by email they're asking my property ID number.

Any idea how i can get this number back or how do i communicate with Booking without using the property  ID?

You logged in here though? It is the same code, do enter it manually or have it saved in your browser.

If saved but you can't remember it, go into your browser settings and find the password there, under this forum's bookmark.

Hi Battur , and thank you fro posting! 

The ID of the Property is indeed very important for us to identify you at any time. You should try to log in into your account Extranet (normally try with the email address used to complete the registration and the following password). If you manage to access to it, you will need to click into the property' s name (on the top-right side of the Extranet, between Account and Help) and there, you will have your ID displayed.

Another way would be accessing to Pulse, click into More -> Property -> Property details.
