I need to close my account with Booking at the end of 2020 because I am in the process of selling my place du to the covid 19 and won’t be the owner in 2021 anymore; unfortunately a reservation was done by  : *** for my place le Moulin du Logis for the period :28th January 2021 to February 1rst and I am trying to reach her since  the very moment of her reservation to tell her I can’t keep her reservation, but I think she didn’t get my mails ; tell me what to do , thank you .Nicole Lehmann.
