I would strongly sugggest you start with the Online help but after you puytdown on paper the following.
Room Type, Count of that type; Room Bed configuration options; Rates (Non Refundable V Flexible) .
Note for Non Refundable versus flexible, use N.R for the shortest lets, and flexible for the longer type such as 5Nights+
