I want to talk about successful registration on Booking.com

I want to list my property at Booking.com. For this purpose I have already uploaded all the necessary details of my property at the site. But it still shows closed/not bookable. it's been almost 2 weeks that I didn't receive any letter from booking.com to confirm my property location. 

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
