invoice payment problem - i have paid, but shows unpaid

Hello,
I have registered my property to booking recently, I have got an invoice to pay, which I have paid through the mobile bank.
I have checked with the bank of Georgia and they confirmed that the amount has been transferred to the booking account. It has been passed 6 working days, however, still shows unpaid.

Could you please help me with this?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
