Late contact with the property to put it online

I cannot see my property online on the website. Apparently it needs some attention and verify . However booking has not contacted me 😔

I’m contacting you because I’m so frustrated with the site, I have been charged twice in under a week for properties that couldn’t take my booking. I’m fed up and want my money returned faster than 7 days
