the letter with code to confirm the location and to open the reservation

Hi! I have registered my object on booking on 25.06.2021
Now it is 30.07.2021  but the letter haven't  arrived yet. The reservation is still closed.
Plese, tell me what should I do to open it and to get the letter. 
Maybe the problem is with the address of my object.
The matter is there is no the name of the street, only region and the name of the village, where the object is located.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Kindly contact your local team and they can advise on your alternative options. I would suggest a verification video call with one of our team members. You can schedule a time with one of our staff. They can give you video call while you walk them around your property. Our team member will take screenshots of the property to verify it.
