Listing and payout

Hi, we listed on the 29th September and have still not received a verification mail via the post.  The postal services are almost non existent in South Africa.  How can we get our listing verified ?  Secondly, we had a guest early October and have still not been paid ?   Please advise the next steps to receive payment ?

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Jutta,

Thank you for the message. Kindly contact the partner services team by calling the phone number in your extranet. Alternative verifications can differ per country. You maybe able to request a video call verification while you're at the property. In Australia, we also have alternative online travel agency verifications if your property has been listed with another OTA for a long period of time and has sufficient reviews already. As I mentioned this will differ per country, so kindly please use the extranet to contact Booking.com so the appropriate team who manages your property can advise.
