Listing could not be found when searching for the property
Hello all,
I have listed my property on booking yesterday but I still cannot see it when I search for hotels in the area.
My property is shown as being listed and live on my account, but when I try searching for it on the booking website or app, it does not appear.
Does anybody know what might be the problem?

Since it was only yesterday , there probably is not an issue at all.
Logon to the Extranet, and check top right for 3 Circle Menus.
If you can see those , it is under the second circle menu- click on View My Listing. or right click to open in a new browser Tab.
AS a new partner a typical oversight is that once you have setup Room Type or Layout under Property menu and have links Rate Plans, then your Availability calendar is active ,and people can book immediately.
Where this becomes a problem is where a new Partner has other features set to be setup and or finish setup in physical location.
I strongly recommend if you are not 100% ready to accept guest, immediately set the Room Types to Closed for a date range. Try Monthly View to see or use the bulk edit tool.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
