Listing My Property


I am currently listing my property and cant decide between listing it as an APARTMENT or HOLIDAY HOME. It is a one bedroom cottage located in the historical center of the town. So it is free standing in the sense that it has nothing above it, but the neighboring houses are attached at the sides. 

It is self catering, separate entrance from the street, etc. Are there pros and cons of listing it as either one? I obviously want to make sure it comes up in searches for the appropriate people. Its not an apartment but also not a villa. Just a little one bed house in the town.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Maggie,

Thank you for contacting us. As per your description of the property, I would say that this can be listed as a Holiday Home. Once you have set up your listing and added your property images, room amenities, etc. you can give your local team a call and they can advise if the images do in fact match the Holiday Home property type. Their details can be found in your extranet in the Inbox Tab> Booking.com Messages> See Contact options. Kindly note this is the best way to contact Booking.com for all further enquiries.
