listing a new experience

it is too complicated to find out the procedure  of listing a new experience. Anybody to help?

Actually its not complicated at all, itys very straight forward ,as there is no such thing nor feature for partners on extranet.


  1. instead you add a photo and text
  2. feature it in your new reservation message template.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Natalia, 


What exactly are you looking to add? It is not currently possible for Partners to list local experiences on Booking.com. If you have a special package including accommodation you have put together and would like to advertise, you could potentially add a new room type and highlight the inclusions via the images and description. For example 'luxury room with bottle of wine'.
