Listing photos not accepting

Hi, please can someone help out, I’m trying to complete my first listing and it’s referring me back to my photos saying ‘It looks like there's something wrong with the provided photos’. Yet I don’t know how to pass on that.

i would appreciate any help I can get.

I really can’t reach the partner support, I have sent lots of emails and they keep replying with the same thing saying I should ring up a number. When I ring up, they request for my reservation number which I do not have. And yet I can’t proceed pass them. It’s a bit frustrating tbh

  1. remember you are a partner not a customer (guest)
  2. CS team on main website is ONLY for guests NOT partners.
  3. only contact partner support team
    1. there has never been an email address.
  4. photos are best taken while using the pulse app on you phone so they can easily be uploaded.

 

It sounds like either you are using the wrong phone number or making the wrong selection on the IVR automated system.
