Listing went live before I was ready
I'm new to Booking.com and recently created a listing for a property I manage. I have it listed on other website and have already taken a few bookings. I unknowingly put the listing live before it was ready (I hadn't updated any availability or even added any photos), but have received a couple of bookings.
This is a mistake and I've contacted the guests to explain the situation and requested that they cancel, but is their any official Booking.com channels for this that I can request cancellation? Any advice would be awesome!
