Location confirmation

Hi everyone,

I just published my place in Booking and I´m having some trouble as it appears as unavailable for all periods. I checked my calendar several times and it´s all available.

I think it could be related to the location confirmation; this is Bali and we don´t receive post here, at least not in many places. 

I need to know if this might be the problem, and if so, how can I confirm the location with another method.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able to help with verification codes.  Contact the booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.  I have seen comments about a verification video so that may be available.
