Location Confirmation

I haven't received my location confirmation letter twice. I thought it was a problem from my end, but the google business confirmation letter arrived within days. 

I tried to contact Booking about this issue, but they told me to go to the page about the basic location information info, which essentially tells me to contact them, so now I'm stuck in a loop. https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/first-steps/how-receive-and-use-…

Is there anyone with similar experience and if so, how did you resolve it?

Thanks for taking the time to reply, but this is not helpful at all to what I am trying to get done.

My location is correct, google business confirmed it. However, here in my admin booking, it says I need to confirm my location with the snail-mailed code.

I requested it twice. It did not arrive.

I asked booking to do the special confirmation with me, which they talk about on the above linked page.

Instead of that, they sent me the link to the SAME PAGE. 

I've already had 3 parties of guests stay with me. Two of which left reviews.

I don't know what else I should do.

Hi Claire

So in summary you are confirming:

  • Property Page - Info section - address for post correct.  
  • Google Map location  also correct.  
  • Issue is you have not received by post the Verify Code by letter.  
  • Has it been more than 3 weeks since, and have you confirmed they have actually sent it out yet?  
  • They will only send to the address of the property itself.
  • There is usually on request an option over phone to request alternative verify method.   
  • So if it has been more than 3 weeks phone them and ask for alternative method.

Hello again,

 

yes, I've already requested 2 letters, the deadlines for both have passed, I received notice that the letters are being sent out from Amsterdam.

I have tried reaching them at the number dedicated to my country, no luck with that either, no one picks up.

I emailed, nothing. 

That's why I wrote a post here, I exhausted all of the presented options.
