Send a message to Booking.com asking for alternative verification. They will normally, at a time they choose, one day in the future, ask you to do a video call from the property to show that it matches the photos you have uploaded.
If you cannot do that, then get 10 reviews on another website (AirBnB/TripAdvisor), and, at a time they choose, you log in to your AirBnB / TripAdvisor account and change something like the title, while they sit and watch and talk with you on the phone. When they see the change, they let you change it back.
