Log in / Listing Problem
I have been trying to contact Booking.com for days. I have a listing that I can not access. It is not in my account and yet I created it and can see it listed when I use a second account. I have never received a Login Account ID for the listing to my email address. I have asked for this to be re-sent but I never receive an email. I have checked spam etc.
So, I have called twice and been cut-off twice without a call back. I have tried to access Live Chat but can't seem to do so without a booking number which I don't have. I have emailed Customer Support and explained my problema and have received an automated reply asking that I supply my booking confirmation number. Going around in circles ... Please help. Many thanks.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
