Log in / Listing Problem


I have been trying to contact Booking.com for days. I have a listing that I can not access. It is not in my account and yet I created it and can see it listed when I use a second account. I have never received a Login Account ID for the listing to my email address. I have asked for this to be re-sent but I never receive an email. I have checked spam etc.

So, I have called twice and been cut-off twice without a call back.
I have tried to access Live Chat but can't seem to do so without a booking number which I don't have.
I have emailed Customer Support and explained my problema and have received an automated reply asking that I supply my booking confirmation number.
Going around in circles ...
Please help.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
