Dear Mdm/Sir,

I made a profile yesterday about my property and also got a reservation. today i see my listing but have a message from booking "We’re sorry, but this property isn’t taking reservations on our site right now. Don’t worry, you can find tons of other nearby properties right here."

Actually i am opened for reservation through booking.com.

What should i do in this case?

Hello, if you are seeing this message in search results for your property on booking.com, it could be that you have searched for particular dates where you are either booked out, haven't added availability for that date range, or have restrictions in place such as a length of stay restriction that mean the property isn't bookable. 

Firstly I would open the Calendar in the Extranet (via the Rates & Availability tab) and check the availability and restrictions that you have loaded. 

If there is a mismatch between the availability showing in the extranet, and the availability showing in search results, please contact our support team. You can find the support contact details under the Inbox tab > Booking.com Messages (listed on the right hand side).
