missing a suite on calendar

Hi, I'm brand new to booking.com and I have a room type ("Deluxe Queen Suite") that is set up under "property" drop down menu, in "room details," and shows up with photo, but when I go to the calendar it is nowhere to be seen, even when "viewing all."  When I add promos the name of the room (Deluxe Queen Suite) is there, but has it greyed out and unable to toggle the room.  So, it exists to a marginal degree, but I can't do anything with it or view it in calendar...????
