I have just created my property on booking and received mail that it is live and ready for 1st booking.
but, when I click on my property I get the message that my property isnt available for booking any more?!
why is that so?

Topic Name : New Registration Availability Appears closed.
While the availability for guest to book may have been active, its best to close the room types for a few weeks while you get everything setup.
This is a classic mistake new partners make, being open to book at default and not ready and then a booking comes in, and panic sets in.
Use calendar / bulk edit to close until ready.
