My account is still NOT ACTIVE after filled out more than 5 days

My name is Genoveva Ordonez and I filled out the application for our Hotel Villa Ordonez located in Nicaragua and its nearly one week now and it still is not active.  Can someone at least contact me to tell me what is going on with my account.  At this time I am not satisfied with your customer service because it looks like it is impossible to talk to someone and online is not working either.  You know that in this business we need good and fast communication.  My email is genovevaordonez@aol.com
