My listing is on hold due to change of ownership

Hi, we are the new owners of a holiday let on the Yorkshire coast. We've owned the property since the beginning of June on booking.com but now our account has been suspended whilst we are waiting for them to prepare a new contract. We've just had a cancellation for the first week of the school holidays but our property is no longer listed due to the above delay. Can I ask Booking.com to lift the suspension so that we can advertise again?
