my listing isn't on the guest's booking page
My listing's status is open and bookable,but after i click on the button of viewing my listing on the booking.com site in my email,it shows sold out but the date of I'm viewing is actually available.

That's strange.
Apparently it can be a lot of things. Like, starting with the basics you need to go through a long list of things. Such as checking to make sure your property is actually verified, checking if the rooms are open, checking if the rates are correct, did you Add rooms?
Maybe send us some screen shots?
