My location in map is wrong

My cottage location in map is wrong , please help me solve the issue. if i can talk to booking.com representative, that will help me. please help me on the same

Hi Thendral Cottage


We had the same problem. 

If you go to the extranet, and general info

In the third column, you can add the numbers for google maps. (let a friend who is familiar with this system help you if needed) 

Second: You could add a template with the correct route how to get to your cottage, and guests will get it after they book. you have to set it up first and later add as an automatic template. 

You could draw a map yourself or copy an existing map with colored in roads to your cottage. 


google isn't always right!

Dear Partner, 

In Google maps you can find your exact coordinates...send them to BDC through your Extranet inbox and booking.com will fix it.  

Thats how I fixed my location.
