my property is active but does no appears in search

Hello, I am a newbie here on booking.com, I had many difficulties to set and active my first property but I did it.

After the activation I already had reservation by guests, so yes my property is active for sure also finance is set. 

My wife I also tried to search by phone, laptop, with different IP addresses to book on our region with correct filter ( example: 3 bedrooms' 6 person etc.) but we are not in the search list, neither on the Map. Its says  there are no other place in the region but we can recommend others in the nearest region.

Anybody with the same experience? any ideas?

Hi Akos and welcome to the Partner Community. 

 

Have you opened all your rooms???

 

Make sure the status in your calendar is not set to 0.

 

Check your restrictions. 

If you have set min 2 nights and you're searching for 1 night you will never find your Property. 

 

Have you finished with your registration???

 

If nothing works maybe you should contact booking.com directly through your Extranet inbox or call your local support office.

First of all, thank you for your message, at least somebody is here and try to help me out. :)

 

I tried in the last 8 days to call them, write tons of emails (on different addresses) but there is no any answer or help, they never answer on the official phone number. 

Yes, I have minimum 2 nights but of course I searched like that with 6 person or 8 or 9, 9 is the maximum but still nothing, calendar is not 0

I don't understand why are they make this whole stuff so complicate, make separate rooms, when I set the whole house to rent...

Dear Akos, you can add your Property link in your profile so partners can search your property and maybe find where the problem is.

Check again your calendar and make sure you have no restrictions.

 

Why you set different rooms???

Maybe that's the problem. 

 

I have one propert and set it up as an holiday home.

I see, I also don't know why I have different rooms I added to rent the whole house at the beginning. After they asked how many rooms, photos about the rooms separate etc. Maybe because of the changed the thing and I dont know where can I change it back.

I approved all option in the calendar, all is bookable now (I did it before also but nothing change neither now neither that time)

In your Extranet under your Property tab scroll to find Layout...

Thank you, for me says Vacation home name: Three Room Villa (but I don't know why), anyway now appears on the booking normally. I have upcoming bookings in this moment so because of that I can not change the name in this moment. I see your data about your Holiday Home but I have three bedrooms and separate living room, garden, terrace etc. and I thought it is a good idea to add all information about the rooms SEPARATE but Nobody wanted to rent the rooms separate, so I think because of this become so messy the whole thing. They forced me to make separate rooms and add the information, which one understandable but looks like makes a big booking labyrinth.

Great news. 

I would suggestto you to read all info and regulation  of booking.com.

Otherwise you will face problems especially with double bookings.

Just happened what You mentioned before, I had a booking on July 25-28 and I received another booking in 27-28. The funny thing if I have a booking on a date/dates I can not mark these days and change to not bookable but other costumers can book on an already booked date...Seriously where is the logic here?

I don't know, probably they saw this post (but I am not sure) and they added manually. I changed many times in the CALENDAR and I add all option for booking for the guests, maybe because of that but I am not sure. I already did that many times and did not resolve the problem. What I know its works now but I dont know why.
