My property is closed or not bookable

My property Coral Cove Beach Resort,Varkala,kerala,India is closed or not bookable in these days in booking.com.So i uploaded video of the property in confirm a location section in extranet.But nothing happened nor any email stated with the problem not came,what wil ll I do to open the property inn booking com for business...
